1. What is your return policy

    We have a no questions asked 90 day return policy, after 90 days there will be a 20% restocking fee applied.


2. What is your standard warranty on Bio Skin products?

    We warranty most products up to 90 days, excluding normal wear and tear. Our Baja and Back Jacks will have up to a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.


3. What is the difference in our materials?

    Ultima: This material has the highest level of compression, this is best used with active people. Note: This material is designed to provide compression, if you are on the cusp of the size chart we recommend that you select the next size up.

    Stratus: This material is our comfort compression and has more stretch than the Ultima material. Note: This material is designed for people in between sizing and offers less compression

    Ultima 2SL: This material is used in our front closure products, designed to be compatible with Velcro.


4. How does your material prevent slipping and migration?

    Our material has a built in SkinLok feature that is designed to lock to the body when perspiration, light water or lotion is applied to the skin. This prevents the product from migrating out of position or rolling.


5. How long will it take to ship my products?

    We make it our highest effort to ship all orders within 24 hours of entry

    Depending on your location, we can ship products from our Oregon or Kentucky centers as inventory allows.


6. Do your products contain Latex or Neoprene?

    We pride ourselves on offering the best in patient compliance and comfort. All of our products are hypoallergenic, neoprene free, latex free and breathable.


7. What should I do if my product is defective?

    At Bio Skin we highly regard our customer’s feedback. We would appreciate a picture of the defective item so we can share that information with our Research and Development department. Upon inspection of defective product photo, we will issue a replacement product along with a return label for you to send the defective product back to us.


8. Do you offer custom sizing?

    We would be happy to create a custom brace. There is a custom form that you can request for specific measurements to fill out. When that is received we will create a quote based on extra time to sew. We have custom forms for most of our products. We ask that you allow a 2 week lead time when creating custom products. We rely on the custom measurements taken to provide the best fit possible, because of this no returns or credits are offered if the brace doesn’t work.


9. Can I wash my Bio Skin product?

    Our products can also be hand washed while hanging out to dry. Please do not place any Bio Skin product in the dryer.
