The Q Lok™ ROM Knee Brace is a prefabricated orthosis designed to provide both controlled range of motion (ROM) and patellar stabilization following knee injuries, surgeries, or chronic instability syndromes.
It features bilateral hinge uprights with adjustable flexion and extension stops (0°, 15°, 30°) to guide safe rehabilitation progression while maintaining a slim profile for everyday functional use. The wraparound design offers easy fitting and customizable compression to manage swelling.
In addition to joint stabilization, the Q Lok™ includes a dynamic lateral wall and compression dosing mechanism that work together to secure the patella within the trochlear notch, correcting tracking abnormalities without restricting natural knee motion.
Indications include:
Patella Subluxation or Patellofemoral dysfunction with any of the following:
ACL, MCL, and LCL sprains (Grade I–III)
Meniscal repairs
Post-operative ligament protection and realignment procedures
Lightweight, breathable materials and anatomical hinge alignment promote high patient compliance during orthopedic, sports medicine, and rehabilitation protocols.
