NightSpan CTS Orthosis with DP2 Wrist Brace

The NightSpan plus DP2 is a comfortable way to support your wrist around the clock while recovering from carpal tunnel syndrome or a wrist sprain. It's one modular orthosis with two modes. During the day, the DP2 wrist brace holds your wrist in position while leaving your fingers free to grip, type, and work. At night, the NightSpan component adds to it, keeping your wrist neutral and your knuckles extended so your hand can't curl into a tight fist while you sleep.

That second part matters more than most people expect. When your fingers flex deeply overnight, muscles in your palm shift into the carpal tunnel and add pressure on the median nerve, which is often what wakes you up. A wrist-only splint doesn't stop that from happening.

Because you're wearing it while you sleep, we used soft, moisture-wicking microfleece against the skin and across the sensitive area between your thumb and fingers to keep you cool, dry, and comfortable. The lightweight supportive stays on the top and bottom of the wrist are removable and can be reshaped for a customizable fit. There are straps instead of laces, so you can put it on with one hand. The low-profile design keeps the brace out of your way during the day and off your nightstand at night, since it's the same device either way.

The brace is ambidextrous, so one size fits either hand.

Sizing runs XS-S (4" to 6"), M-L (6" to 8"), and XL-2XL (8" to 10"). Measure around your wrist at the crease with your wrist straight and your hand open. If you're between sizes, choose the larger one. Available in black. The NightSpan ships as a set with the DP2 wrist brace and isn't sold separately.
