What makes the TriLok™ different?

Three-Point Locking System
Our 3-strap system replicates the action of natural tendons and ligaments to:

Stabilize the ankle to prevent inversion or eversion collapse.
Lift the medial arch for Posterior Tibial Tendon Dysfunction (PTTD) or Plantar Fasciitis

Precise, targeted support — without restricting normal ankle biomechanics.

Lightweight, Breathable, and Low-Profile
Designed for real-world use:

Worn comfortably inside sneakers, boots, or dress shoes. Useful with sandals OR without shoes.

Moisture-wicking materials prevent overheating

Minimal bulk for all-day wear and patient compliance

Dynamic Support That Moves With You
Unlike rigid braces that immobilize the joint, the TriLok™ provides dynamic stability — allowing natural movement while protecting injured or unstable structures.

Ideal for patients who need to remain active while healing.

Indications
The TriLok™ is effective for:

Posterior Tibial Tendon Dysfunction (PTTD)

Adult Acquired Flatfoot

Chronic ankle instability and sprains

Peroneal tendonitis or subluxation

Ankle arthritis

Ligamentous laxity

Midfoot collapse and instability

High ankle sprain (syndesmosis support)

Fitting Instructions (Simple and Fast)
Slip on the base sleeve like a sock

Secure the compression wrap around the midfoot and ankle (NO Laces)

Apply the white FootLok strap based on clinical recommendation:

Medial strap setup for PTTD, flatfoot, medial instability

Lateral strap setup for peroneal injuries, lateral instability

Includes a quick-start patient guide for home application and adjustment.

    Best brace ever!

Posted by Minnie on Aug 24th 2023

I have used the Trilok on and off over the years for different issues. It's surprising to me that many PTs have not heard about this brace. Trilok is the best brace ever for managing PTTD. Sometimes I use the sleeve with the white strap only, other times I use the black strap. The brace fits perfectly in my running shoes and hiking boots. When my PTTD is flared up I will sleep with the brace and a looser white strap.

    Lifesaver!

Posted by Nandini on Sep 25th 2021

The Trilok has changed my life. I have severe flat feet and have used custom orthotics for several years. Recently I developed pain and instability in my left ankle which made it impossible to walk without pain. A podiatrist diagnosed me as having PTTD and suggested physical therapy. When I found out how expensive that is and realized that relief is iffy, I decided to try the Trilok first. From the first time I put it on, I literally felt like a new person. My step was surer, lighter, and pain-free. I easily walk 2-4 miles everyday! If you have PTTD, I urge you to give the Trilok a try!

    worth it and then some

Posted by pete on Aug 13th 2021

Got overly enthusiastic about running after a few months off and managed to cause achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis. Struggled for a month-plus to rest/heal while still staying active, but after just a few weeks of the Trilok I was feeling a lot better. Worth every penny. Getting a second one so I can have one for workouts and one for wearing when I'm not sweating.

    Finally relief for plantar fasciitis

Posted by Courtney on Jul 10th 2021

I've been dealing with severe arch pain because of my job for 3 weeks. When I finally went to the podiatrist, he prescribed these braces. The nurse applied one while I applied the other to show me how it's done. I almost wanted to cry in the office. Instantly, I felt relief. I played more with them when I got home, and the second time putting them on myself, I completely got the hang of it. This is such an amazing product, I can't stop talking about it. The future is now!

The support of the trilok is AMAZING! I walk with hardly any pain! This product is worth double the cost! I totally recommend the trilok and am extremely happy that I found bioskin!

If you could change one thing

Posted by Nikkinh on Sep 26th 2020

I LOVE this brace, it gives me hope I may heal without surgery. But I have one request—please please please make the white strap any other color but white! I have a slow healing injury and have to wear mine all the time. The white strap picks up dirt too easily and in the summer I don’t want to always wear a sock over it. Also if I wear some type of sandal it is too easily soiled. I wash the brace at least twice a week, but the white strap requires it daily. Any other color wouldn’t show dirt so easily. Pretty please.

    Amazing Walking Boot Alternative

Posted by Lindsay on Sep 19th 2020

I was diagnosed with a peroneal tendon tear and given an aircast walking boot. The boot was causing back pain, and despite the compression from the aircast my swelling persisted. I have to wait 2 months for my surgery and wasn’t about to endure back pain and and persistent swelling. After reading several reviews I ordered this. I’ve worn it 2 days now and I can finally see my ankle bone As my swelling is waay down and walk normally without pain. Thank you!!

    Working for my PTTD

Posted by Debbie T on Sep 17th 2020

I've only had my brace for a few days and I already love it. I have bouts of PTTD and this brace is just what I'm looking for. I love the support of the white footlock strap and the stirrup strap. The brace application looks intimidating, but it's great once you get the hang of it. The brace does fit into my sneaker well but I think it would not work well in a ladies dress shoe (at least with all the straps on.) I've been wearing it all day and find it very comfortable. I did size up at the recommendation of a CSR. The website sized by shoe size, but another site sized by "instep" measurement. I went with the instep measurement which sized me up to a large. I'm glad I did. I think the medium might have been too tight. I haven't washed it yet but it seems very well built and I expect it to last.

TriLok Ankle Brace is a Winner

Posted by Steve on Jul 7th 2020

After dealing with a stubborn Plantar Faciitis situation for over a year, I purchased the TriLok brace and I am now able to go for walks/hikes without intense pain. My wife and I used to hike/walk 15-20 miles per week to keep fit in our 70s, but for the last few months we had to reduce our mileage to about 6 miles per week. While the Faciitis has not magically disappeared yet, it is definitely much more manageable. I wear a separate wedge boot at night for sleep, so I believe now with the TriLock during the day this combo will eventually result in the banishment of the Faciitis. I highly recommend this product!

I am a senior who plays senior softball. Developed plantar fasciitis after playing a doubleheader. Couldn't walk properly for over a month. My podiatrist said to use the TriLok. After 24 hours the pain was gone. Now I only have to use it when I play. Never had the problem again. Fantastic product.

    peroneal tendon tear

Posted by rkmyer on May 16th 2020

After looking at a MRI it was established that my tendon is no longer tubular and has a tear. I'm 18 and my podiatrist wanted to postpone surgery as long as possible so I decided to try this brace. There is instant relief upon the correct application of the brace. It's great to wear during physical activity, I also like to wear it when I work since I'm on my feet for hours at a time. Definitely worth the investment.

This thing has been a life saver. I badly wrecked my ankle playing volleyball; after countless sprains to both ankles, including a prior break to this ankle, this was by far the worst ankle injury I have sustained. The pain and swelling was like nothing I've experienced. Thankfully, this brace gives me the support I need to get back out and walk, even jog again. Volleyball may never be in the cards again but I feel this brace will allow me to engage in other activities. It's flexible, yet extremely supportive and fits nicely in most shoes. Highly recommend. Don't go with the cheap braces you find online, at Walmart or drug stores. Spend the money to get one you know will give you the support.

Working as a wildland fire fighter I'm constantly on my feet. I move around on steep, rocky, and unstable ground all day everyday. Sometimes for up to sixteen hours. On top of that I've got some pretty bad tendonitis in my Achilles tendon. That being said, my new Trilok ankle brace has been a real game changer. Im having a lot less pain and have been recovering a lot quicker after working all day. This brace has also shown very little wear and tear over the last month with almost constant use. Thank you BioSkin, I will be coming to you for any future bracing needs.

I'm actually healing when I was told surgery was the only answer

Posted by Serena on Feb 16th 2020

This brace is helping heal my peroneal tendonopathy that otherwise, the orthopedic doctor said only extensive surgery would heal. My family said 'no' to the surgery on my behalf because it involved cutting my high arch to remove bone, insert pins, and then replace my peroneal brevis and longus tendons with cadaver tendons. I chose to stay off my foot for eight months and have a sports podiatrist make custom orthotics to align my foot/ankle/tibia position. I healed in 2017, but re-injured it two months ago when I couldn't wear my orthotics with dress shoes for my new temporary retail job. I was unable to walk barefoot it hurt so bad. I went back to wearing a boot on and off for a month. I searched endlessly for ankle braces, recalling that my orthopedic doctor said there weren't any that would help. Wow, was it a godsend to find the TriLock brace. The video demo convinced me this could really help. Also, other testimonials gave me hope that I could return to cycling and other activities. I'm still learning to fine tune the brace. Yesterday, I nailed it perfectly. I didn't notice the brace, and at the end of the day when I walked barefoot, I actually felt better than in the morning. Thank you so much for this product! Peroneal tendonopathy comes with such a dismal prognosis from the medical doctors. You've given me hope!

Relief for the first time in a year!

Posted by Libby on Jan 15th 2020

I was diagnosed with moderate plantar fasciitis and peroneal tendonitis in my left ankle and this brace is the only thing that’s brought me consistent relief in the last year. I can’t really sleep in it so I use a night splint for that but I wear it almost all day, every day (I take it off for physical therapy and stretching/exercises at home). For somebody who was told they’d need surgery on my ankle, I’m so grateful for this brace because for the first time in a year I’m not in pain every time I walk or stand! It took a few days for the brace to loosen up a bit around the arch of my foot but once it did, it was perfect.

It gives me complete support of my ankle and also reduces pain and inflammation from my plantar fasciitis that I have on the same foot. I will definitely be purchasing an extra TriLok brace in the near future to use on my other ankle.

    Great support for peroneal tendon

Posted by LIz on Nov 22nd 2019

This is the only brace that really makes my peroneal tendon happy. As others have said, it takes a while to get used to putting it on. I recommend watching the video - it's much easier to understand than the diagrams. I would give this a 4.5 if I could: the one problem is the danger of cutting off circulation. I am finding (after a week) that I have to wear my thinnest socks, or my foot goes to sleep multiple times during the day. It's not the straps that cut off the circulation, but the sleeve. I'm considering cutting the sleeve just above the midfoot where the tightness comes into play, because the straps are the part that support the tendon, so a slit probably won't make a difference, except to my comfort. Giving it another week before I take that step, in hopes that the sleeve stretches a bit. But overall the brace is amazing. If they'd just make that sleeve a bit less snug it would be perfect.

This ankle brace is absolutely the best because it keeps my left foot well protected and does what it’s supposed to do. I’m glad my Podiatrist recommended this brace to me, and directed me to this place to get it because it costs more expensive to get it at the Podiatrist clinic. I highly recommend this brace to anyone who wants a very high quality brace.

    Peroneal tendonitis (Right ankle)

Posted by Ke ke on Dec 22nd 2018

It was a bit confusing at first but it has been the best brace I found. Adjusting it to comfort and not cut off circulation has been challenging ;nevertheless, I love it.

I have neuropathy in both feet. My foot doctor gave me these to use and they really do compress my feet as they hurt all the time . I wear them either day or night . I have worn mine out so I’m ordering another pair . They are great!!!!.

Replacement for one that has been used for two years. PTT was fully ruptured . Surgery not possible.

Posted by Scott T. on Nov 13th 2018

It has worked well. Cautions -- 1. Don't get too tight as it can lead to circulation problems particularlty if both straps are used. 2. Don't over use it - give the the ankle, foot and leg a rest as needed. 3. It may require a larger shoe size particularly is both straps are used at same time.

The TriLok ankle brace has allowed me to join the human race again! I can walk more comfortably and safely now and can exercise more and even work a couple days week. (I am a retired person). Most importantly, I no longer feel pain in my ankle!. Thank you TriLok. I HIGHLY recommend the TriLok brace to anyone suffering from ankle weakness.

I recently accidently broke my fibula. I wanted a brace that I could wear while wearing a sneaker to slowly begin to do some weight bearing exercise on the injured leg as my doctor recommended. I found the Tri Loc ankle brace online two weeks into my recovery of broken fibula and I have been using it for the last three and it has definitely aided in my healing and slowly returning to the gym and exercise. Bravo to Bio Skin for making a great product to help return people from the sidelines.

    Good brace

Posted by Wendy on Jul 26th 2018

I've found this brace the most comfortable and helpful for dealing with PTTD. It's easy to figure out how to put on, and initially I found I could only wear it for short periods of time. But, (for now and hopefully not forever) I've found I can wear most of the day in a running shoe. I use the undersleeve and footlok strap only; the extra strap makes it too bulky. I had a hard time figuring out exactly the best spot for the footlok strap and am most appreciative of the VERY HELPFUL customer service team.

Using the Tri-Lok to try to stay off the table at least for a while while dealing with PTTD. Was using AFO but became uncomfortable and unhelpful. This is a great improvement. My podiatrist has no objections. Just ordered a second one as a spare.

I Hope This is a Long-term Solution for Problems Caused by a Weak Ankle

Posted by Katy on Jul 5th 2018

Hopefully I have found a solution - I have a previously broken ankle which is weak and lets my foot roll inward. The distorted position of my foot has allowed calluses, blisters, and chafing to occur in the arch area of my foot. I know that I have to do something to keep my foot correctly supported so that it says healed. The doctor's solution is a hard plastic, calf-high Ankle Foot Orthotic which feels like a torture device out of the Dark Ages. It's uncomfortable, awkward, and throws my balance off. I totally hate it. I found the BioSkin TriLok online and decided to try it. I studied the videos and BioSkin sent me a link to the .PDF user manual, so learning to put the brace on went very quickly. When it's on my foot, I can feel my foot being pulled back to the outside which hopefully will take enough pressure off my arch that I won't have more problems. The TriLok is very easy to wear and doesn't interfere with my activities. I had a problem with lining up the back of the undersleeve and the black strap with the back of my heel. I took a light colored thread and sewed a few visible stitches on the back of the undersleeve and on the center of the black strap. Now, all I have to do is to line up the thread indicators with the back of my heel and then line up the thread indicators on the undersleeve and on the black strap. It would be great if BioSkin could add little dots - having a way to line everything up makes putting on the brace much faster. I hope this ends up being a long-term solution to keep my foot healthy.

    Incredible Brace

    Posted by CV-62 on Jun 2nd 2018

I purchased this brace to help with support as I have early Stage II PTTD. The therapy I am currently doing calls for a quality AFO (Ankle / Foot Orthosis) and this product more then fits the bill for that. My first observation was in how well made this product is. It is a quality brace that should last a long time. Replacement straps are readily available via this web site with fair pricing and free shipping. Awesome. This brace seems more complicated then it is. It took no time to browse the plainly written and concise manual and I was up and wearing the TriLok in no time. The support it gives the ankle is nothing short of incredible. The ankle is locked in place and rolling the ankle appears to be virtually impossible. Movement of the foot up and down is not restricted in the least so overall the ease of walking on uneven ground is greatly improved. It is comfortable and fits nicely in my New Balance 663 Heritage shoes. Wearing this brace with my Red Wing boots will not happen, but I assumed that going in with this brace. No problemo there. Final observation is the arch support of this brace alleviates the pain I am having on the Sinus Tarsi. Being a Stage II pain will migrate to the outside of the foot with PTTD. While it was not severe to begin with, pain level has been somewhat reduced while wearing the TriLok and that is a huge plus. I would 100% recommend anyone who has PTTD to purchase this product and to wear it in conjunction with a good set of shoes.

Posted by Hallison on Apr 21st 2018

I have been wearing the brace while I play basketball after I sprained my ankle. My ankle is completely healed but I want to be safe from further injuries. Definitely provides more protection and fits comfortably beneath my sneaker. However, when I am not wearing the brace I feel my ankle is a tad sore. I only wear a brace on my left ankle, so there must be some sort of reason why.

I would love to rate your trilok ankle brace. I give this product a 5 star plus. I was in a car accident in 2014 where we were rear ended and we were at a dead stop. The truck hit us at approx 60 MPH. They never hit their break. I on impact hit the break with both feet and still kept moving and hit the break peddle again and broke the brake peddle. I went to a foot doctor who issued me a trilok for my right ankle. I am not able to move my ankle to the right more then approx 2 inches. I can move to the left. Anyway I have been in this brace for 4 years now and only have to use permanently walking long distances and driving. I have purchased several ankle braces from your company and highly recommend this company and these products to anyone who injured ankle or foot for stability. I swear by the trilok and would never use any other brand at this time. I purchased two so they can be washed and wear and tear. They have lasted a year with two. Thank you again for the great customer service help too. I didn't know what size my brace was..Worn off tag. Your service reps found my account, took my order, stated 5-7 days. I received my braces in 3 days. I was amazed and happy too.

So far i find it helpful but somewhat difficult to put on. The velcro is tricky to work with but good because of its grip action. I like that it is slim and not bulky in design so i can wear my shoe. Getting better at putting it on. hopefully I will improve with time. Some concern with how it will wear with time. Especially the white arch support. Supports the arch different than an orthotic which is an improvement.

My PTTD kept me off the hiking trails for months. I tried all kinds of braces but only this one actually helped. I wear it every day, usually with some kind of mid-high hiking boot for support and I've been back on the trails since. And, if anyone needs a boot recommendation-Salomon Quest 4D has worked the best for me.

I found this brace after doing a Google search for solutions for Posterior Tibial Tendonitis. I was going on a trip to NYC which called for a lot of walking and I was in a good deal of pain. This brace saved the day. It gave me the arch support I needed and supported the damaged tendon to reduce the pain and swelling. The brace fit into my walking shoes. I high recommend this brace for anyone suffering from PTTD.

This brace works for me perfectly and I wear it five days a week in a jazzercise class. My only wish is that you had an under sleeve in a size between the small and medium. The medium is too long on my foot and the small is somewhat tight.

Since using this I am able to bear some weight on my foot from plantar faciitis, muscle and connective tissue damage. The nerve firing has been significantly reduced in an area that might have a trapped nerve. Occasionally I use it at night as well and it helps to give enough support if my foot is moved and I don't wake from the nerve firing. Without this brace I was unable to bear weight on the foot and control the severe intense nerve firing.

This is a very supportive brace for me after two ankle joint replacements. I think I have posterior tibial tendonitis and the brace keeps my ankle stable. It fits into a regular sneaker-type shoe very well because the foot part is not too bulky. I was able to wear it all day and walk all over Manhattan. I have tried lots of braces and I like BioSkin the best.

I dislocated my ankle medially and fractured my subtalar joint. I had to get surgery and it was a long healing process and its still healing. But my ankle just started hurting again for some odd reason and i could barely walk. The ankle brace that my doctor gave me wasnt helping so i put my bioskin brace on and it helped so much! Its tight around the subtalar joint (which is good) and pushes the swelling right out. Its very supportive and i would reccomend this brace to everyone with ankle issues

Posted by joanne on Nov 15th 2015

I love this brace because it makes it possible for me to walk around without terrible foot pain. However, I have had to buy several because they do not hold up well. The plastic ankle shields wear through the black fabric and have to be sewn. The lower front strap fell off. The velcro wore out and didn't stick. When I washed the straps the white one especially shrunk. I think it would be instructive for you if I sent back my worn one for you to see how they wear so that you could perhaps improve them.

    First Class Product

Posted by Barb on Apr 12th 2015

I fractured my ankle 12 years ago, fixed with a lot of metal. It had been constantly painful, sometimes acutely so. I always walked down steps holding a rail with that foot turned out, to ease the pain. Finally a podiatrist ordered a BioSkin TriLok for me, and since the first moment I put it on, I have had NO pain at all. I wore it every day for a week or so, sometimes also to bed, but now I wear it only when the ankle is a little sore. It truly is an extremely comfortable, effective support. I am disappointed that the orthopedic specialist did not suggest it years ago, but I will be sending her the link, so hopefully she can review it for herself and help others like me. I cannot praise highly enough!

    The Cure for Flat Feet

Posted by Carl F on Dec 24th 2014

My regular Dr. referred me to a podiatrist due to numbness and discomfort in my left foot. The podiatrist quickly diagnosed that I was walking on the inside of my foot (I believe this is called over-pronated?) due to my flat feet. He prescribed the TriLok and the nurse showed me how to put it on and the correct direction to wrap the white strap. I wore it continuously for the next month or so (even to bed a few times), and experienced a lot of discomfort as the nerves in my foot seemed to wake back up (tingling and burning was, believe it or not, better than the numbness). After about 4 months, I started wearing the TriLok every other day, and eventually tapered down to about two times a week. It's now been 9 months and I only wear it very occasionally, when my ankle is feeling uncomfortable. I've pretty much worn out the velcro at this point, so I'm back to buy a second one. I never did return to the podiatrist to be fitted for custom orthotics; I'll just keep using the brace occasionally. This is a great product and worth every penny, especially when I consider that I must have about 180 days of wear and tear on mine before needing a new one.

    Super Sturdy for PTTD

Posted by J. More on Dec 16th 2014

Preliminary review - it took a couple tries to get the hang of how this works and to get it aligned properly for maximum support. I will advise that it runs a bit small if you have chunkier calves than normal. I think I'll be okay with this, as it is giving EXCELLENT support on my interior ankle bone where no other ankle support/contraption has. It's real support. Air casts don't really do much, there's still a lot of side-to-side movement and whatnot. With this BioSkin, however, wrapping it based on the instructions (there's instructions based on how to use the wraps depending on the type of injury or weakness you're looking to support) feels VERY odd -but I'm so used to walking pronated that this isn't a surprise. Guardedly, I can say I'm walking at 85-90% pain free (on a scale of 1-10, prior to this application, it's been about 8-12 in pain level especially hiking on uneven terrain) on concrete/asphalt, the bioskin dropped it to about a 3 almost immediately. On the uneven terrain, 4-6 because the ankle's still going to roll some and it had only been on for about 20-30 mins. I'll follow up if there's changes or it falls apart or anything like that but as of now, I'll be wearing it all day, daily for at least a week and see if this tendon can finally get healed up so I can wear this less and less.

    Excellent Brace!

Posted by Deb B on Dec 10th 2014

I have Ehler's Danlos Syndrome. I have been battling chronic Plantar Fasciitis and Sinus Tarsi Syndrome on the left, and chronic tendonidis on the right for almost 2 years now. I have had numerous steroid injections, night splints, exercises, etc. Because of the Ehler's Danlos, I was already wearing braces on both ankles, but they were thin, and didn't provide much support. About 3 weeks ago, my Podiatrist introduced me to Bio Skin TriLok braces. I can walk almost normal for the first time in years! It is not likely that the pain will ever completely go away, but these have given me the stability that I need, and I so thankful for that! They are easy to put on and comfortable to wear.

    Such a wonderful brace!

Posted by Deborah Gawlik on Dec 4th 2014

After I sprained my ankle, my PT recommended this brace. It is FANTASTIC. Without it I would not have been up walking. It came quicker than expected. It is easy to put on and off and is comfortable to wear all day. The wrap around strap is what really supports the ankle. I highly recommend it!

    Best Ankle Brace Ever

Posted by Tammy on Nov 18th 2014

This is the best most comfortable ankle support I have ever had. Worn one out after 3 years of use, as a multiple ankle break and strains this brace keeps my ankle safe and me on my feet. Can be worn very comfortably with tennis shoes, dress shoes and sandals, etc. Wow this is my second and I hope they never discontinue it.

    Superb

Whilst playing squash I went over on my already weak ankle, I played again and when all tight on the brace there was no way I was going over my ankle again. One downside with it tight for me was I got cramp in my foot, so I loosened it off and low and behold I went over my ankle again, if worn tight it is fantastic in fact unbeatable.

    TriLok Ankle Brace

Posted by L Shanahan on Jun 19th 2014

2 years ago my podiatrist diagnosed a torn tendon in my right foot. A boot was the first plan of attack which merely caused hip problems. Surgery was the second. I said no I would wait until it put m totally out of commission before surgery. I have been wearing the TriLok ankle brace for 2 years and am able to play tennis 3 hours a day without a problem. The ankle is almost as good as new without surgery. I only wear it for preventive measure and only playing tennis. It works for me.

One of the Very Best Products I've ever bought

Posted by Ken on May 31st 2014

My very first product review I've ever bothered writing, because it really is THAT good. It's a little intimidating to figure out at first, and it's a lot of money for 2 strips of velcro and a velcro sleeve. But that's because this is a totally new concept in ankle support. I've had 3 others, and nothing comes close: the most effective, comfortable, and elegant by far. I'm ordering another for my "good" ankle, just because it feels so great to wear.

    First Run!!!

Posted by JDunn on Apr 9th 2014

Ran for the first time tonight in a long time! 16 months since my last surgery and 28 months since I broke my ankle and leg. Felt pretty dang good. Especially since my knee feels more sore than the ankle...haha. Thanks Cropper Medical for zipping off to me a BioSkin TriLok ankle brace! Made me feel much more confident in getting it done.

    Unbelievable!!!

Posted by Paul on Dec 11th 2013

I have broken my ankle 3 times and badly sprained it another dozen times. I am 33 years old and have been living in tight, stiff, ankle pain for 10+ years. I always put the pain to my past, what I didnt realize is my flat feet cause chronic Plantar Fasciitis. I do a lot of half marathons and beat my ankles and feet up. After 3 nights of wearing this to bed I wake up and remain pain free! It has been the most amazing feeling! I am pain free!!!
